Well, that is what my whole desktop look like when I'm working (or not working?? hehe...) Usually, I could open a lots of window!! But, I end up to get confused with it. And I think this posting also will be the part while I don't have anything to work....wakakak. After last hectic week due lots of new campaign to be presented on this week, even it requires me to came to the office at Sunday... Isn't it great?? Now, you can call me a hard-worker person...huehehe.. Now, I end up not (yet) have any work to do since yesterday. Well, I shouldn't complain, though since I'm the creative designer in my team, my workload isn't as many as my art directors and my copywriter have... I'm just sorta giving a hand for their job.

Anyway, I browsed a lot of pretty cool blogs. Mostly about movies and random interesting facts. I'm on waiting for Johnny Depp's Public Enemies... Can't hardly wait!! It scheduled to be release on July 3, 2009. Hopefully, it won't have any time delay. All right, back to our main topic...which is... I don't have anything to write, though...Huahahahaha... I know this posting will be as unnecessary as my life is...hihi.. Well, I mean my life is unnecessary for other people to bother, but for me is undeniably IMPORTANT...wakakakak... I mean, whose life I should bother so much instead of my-happy-go-to-hell-life..hahaha...

Speaking of hell, a couple week ago I have already watched Drag Me To Hell and that creepy old woman successfully disgust me. Especially when she pulled out her fake-teeth and accidentally put her mouth into Alison Lohman's mouth...Totally gross!!! Yiekssssssss....... Pretty good at surprising audience with those kind of sound effects and disgusting image but not supported with good story. It seems this film is just for make people scared...Yes, I know that what horror film should do, but at least good story will make a good thrill. Drag Me To Hell is too quick and too coincidental. Let say, the paranormal character is suddenly popped to help about the whole cursed thing. Imagine this scene, while Christine Brown (Alison Lohman) walked on sidewalk with her boyfriend (Justin Long) suddenly she pointed to palm-reading shop across the street and said "Hey, I want to get myself a palm read" and the palm reader said something like this (I wasn't really remember the line) "Ohhhhh... I think you got cursed by something very evil..bla..bla..bla..." And Christine asked for his help and you can guess what will happened next. That scene happened after Christine Brown met that creepy old woman, but she wasn't know yet that she's been cursed. What a you-gotta-be-kidding-me scene!! Wakakakak...

But, it's recommended for surprising effect but not for scary story. Really, if you're a horror/thriller lover like me, this film isn't scary at all. It will surprise you with great sound effects and disgusting images but the story it won't haunted you like Guillermo Del Torro's The Orphanage or REC.

Okey dokey... It seems my posting really isn't sync for its title...hehe.

Have a good day wherever you are!!

Transformer Hysteria!!!

Helllooooooooo, people... This is just random update, though..

On last Wednesday, I hooked up with my friend to watch Transformer 2: Revenge of The Fallen on the-what-so-called-premiere-day. Can you imagine how crowded it was??? Well, it's a total hectic! Well, maybe it's because Transformer 2 is one of the most anticipated summer movie, but for me it became my anticipated movie because of Shia LaBeouf factor..wakakakak..
Well, despite the fact...There'll be a kick-ass robot with those special effects, yeah, you know..typical Michael Bay movie with all those explosions, over-exposure 'coolness' and 'simple' script just for making the movie got a plot-line..hehehe... You know what, me and my friend got the first row seat!!! Well, it's a good thing if you want to watch a concert or basketball game but for watch a movie in theater it became so fuckin' uncomfortable and annoying. I mean, that giant screen it's just about 20-cm from my eye sight (I saw the BIGGEST Shia's image ever!! His image is became so gigantic..hehe..) and I had to tilted my head to saw the whole picture and as the result my neck was sore.

Due all sores I had and all struggle to get the ticket (lebai...huehehe)
Sorry to say... It seems Transformer 2 turned out to be just like any other Michael Bay action-flicks. Wrapped with 2 hours and 30 minutes length film, I have already pretty sleepy on 1. 5 hours. The plot-line is pretty dull, exploitation on Mikaela's role as sexy eye-candy in this film, also a lame idea about Isabel Lucas (forgot the character's name) as a human-Decepticon.... Yeah, you heard me a HUMAN-Decepticon..WTF??!! I mean, if you could turn into a human, what the hell you must turn into tank and jet-plane to reign the Earth??? Anyway, I must be crazy to even questioning about this, Michael Bay's film is supposed only I enjoyed it without asking about any rational stuff..hehe... But, I have to admit those kick-ass special effects on robots transformation are amazed me!
Based on IMDB trivia it said "A single IMAX shot in the movie would have taken almost 3 years to render on a top of the line home PC running nonstop. If you rendered the entire movie on a modern home PC, you would have had to start the renders 16,000 years ago (when cave paintings like the Hall of Bulls were being made) to finish for this year's premiere" WOW!!! it's fuckin' awesome isn't it?

So, if you are a big fan of big explosion, sexy eye candies and awesome special effects with a-very-simple plotline, Transformer: Revenge of The Fallen is the perfect movie for you! I totally recommend it. This movie matches all those aspect, it's like Bad Boys II with more robots...huehehe... Even so, I think the first one is still better. This film also didn't get a good review, some reviews even said about racist and misogynistic stuff. Well, I admit maybe that pretty much true, all girls in this film are presented more likely as a sex objects or overly-stupid character (Sam's mom). And there's twins Autobot (which I also forgot their names...) who I think are presented as black people with those accents and attitudes. Well, I don't have problem with that I didn't see it as a racist issue, they're pretty funny to spice up the movie. So, the verdict is.... Transformer 2 is not too bad as appetizer summer movie, you'll not regret it if you watch it. And I apologize for my lack memory of character names, it because my eye-sight problem due row-seat management. I couldn't concentrate for the names, guys... My eyes are pushed for total-concentration on those gigantic image of Shia LaBeouf and Bumblebee...wakakakak..

I give 1,5 of 5 stars.

Allright, then....
Happy Holiday!

He Just NOT That Into You

Gue gak jadi-jadi mulu mo posting, padahal movie posternya udah gue upload segala.

So, I decided untuk sedikit me-review film yang bikin gue berfikir dan tersenyum manis dari menit pertama film ini dimulai (Sedaaaappp). First of all, ini salah satu genre film yang gue suka a well-written romantic-comedy! (yep, after thriller, horror and drama with tragic ending..wakakak) I like it 'cause secara visual light and bright, OST-nya easy listening, straight-to-the-point plotline , pokoknya serba light and easy yang bikin heartwarming sesudah nonton filmnya.

Oke, back to main topic... He just Not That Into You diangkat dari buku self-improvement berjudul sama karangan Greg Behrendt & Liz Tuccilo. I always always looovvveeeeeeee film with narration, no matter what the genre is as long as it has a narration in it, I'll fall for it... (Mungkin karena waktu kecil gue suka banget didongeng-in kaleee, yee...)

Cerita dibuka dengan narasi
"A girl will never forget the first boy she ever likes" dari karakter Gigi (Ginnifer Goodwin) Karakter ini juga yang menjadi narator in the whole film. I don't like you because you smell like a d-o-g poo...!" (Yeah, right...kasar gila). Kemudian Gigi kecil cerita ke nyokapnya sambil nangis dan as a very wise person, ibunya dengan wise bilang "He did that because he likes you" Dan narasi dengan lanjutkan dengan (and this one is my favorite, by the way) "We are all programmed to believe that if a guy acts like a total jerk that means he likes you".

Wakakakak...suka inget dengan "excuses" kalo ada cowok yang mutusin elo or do something bad to you... It means that he is envy with your success or you're too beautiful for him and another et cet tra reasons (or denials) Atau nih, ya yang paling sering kejadian elo nunggu telepon sampe bulukan dari cowok yang lo suka tapi dia nggak nelpon-nelpon juga, we always came up with excuse kalo bisa aja nomer telepon kita keselip entah dimana jadi dia belum nelpon juga. We are girls, emang terkadang suka lupa atau sengaja blurred our perception dengan satu fakta simple bahwa maybe, He Just NOT That Into You. Because we all love dramas of waiting, contemplating, assuming and day-dreaming...Blame to our gene..huehehe..

Alright, back to the film.... Film ini mengisahkan 3 kisah utama, Ada cerita tentang Gigi-Connor (Kevin Connolly)-Alex (Justin Long), Pasangan suami-istri Janine (Jennifer Connelly) dan Ben (Bradley Cooper) with flirtatious encounter a.k.a cheating with Anna (Scarlett Johansson) dan pasangan yang tak kunjung menikah (cielah...)

At the end of film ada satu narasi penutup yang oke banget...

"Girls are taught a lot of stuff growing up: if a boy punches you he likes you, never try to trim your own bangs, and someday you will meet a wonderful guy and get your very own happy ending. Every movie we see, every story we're told implores us to wait for it: the third act twist, the unexpected declaration of love, the exception to the rule. But sometimes we're so focused on finding our happy ending we don't learn how to read the signs. How to tell the ones who want us from the ones who don't, the ones who will stay and the ones who will leave. And maybe a happy ending doesn't include a guy, maybe it's you, on your own, picking up the pieces and starting over, freeing yourself up for something better in the future. maybe the happy ending is just moving on. Or maybe the happy ending is this: knowing after all the unreturned phone calls and broken-hearts, through the blunders and misread signals, through all the pain and embarrassment... you never gave up hope".

I gave 3.5 out of 5.

Ciao, Happy watching..... Totally recommended to all girls.

Boo Hooo.....

Boo..hooo..peek-a-boo....everyone!! (Well, I don't know what's the actual mean, though...wakakakak... Just suddenly the words popped into my head).

Pretty long time not updating this blog. Kinda busy with my what-so-called LIFE...huehehehe. Anyhow, I got this pretty good idea (I think..hehe). Lately I've been always thinking about this idea, I've been thinking about to leave advertising world (I've just realize that whole commercial stuff is so..... +yeah, I hope you know what I'm talking about, sense my tone there+....huehehe) I want to pursue something in video (like motion graphic and stuff...) I always have an interest for making a title sequence for a movie. But, I've yet learn anything about it...like the techniques and software. So, I think I'll go back to school to learn about it. I adore Title Sequence because it combines my two major interest in my life (design and films).

But, if I quit my job.... I have to figure out how am I gonna support my living. Maybe my parents have no problem giving me a financial support for my school, but it will be so shameful if they also have to support my daily life. And there's no way that I will take that chance... It's so enough for them to support my living plus my brother also going to college this year. Maybe I'll find a part-time design jobs, because if I still work in advertising with those unpredictable working hours, I might not be able to attend my school.

Deep down, I know that I'll do it this idea. I mean... I'm 22, I'm just think that I don't want to dive myself yet just for one thing only (for this case is in Advertising industry) I want to learn a lot of things first (and go travel, maybe) and after that I'll pursue a career. It's been almost a half year, I sat on this small-energetic advertising agency as a graphic designer. I've learned lot of things about working world and several good techniques of Photoshop & Illustrator from my boss (he's been a very good mentor). And the most important part that I've learn to live independently! That's pretty huge change for me, exciting yet sucks sometimes...hehe.. But, I've just realize the whole things that happened to me, it happens to be all of things that I've wished for!! When I was still in high school, I've always dreamed to live on my own feet. Like got a job and get my ass out from my parent's house. And it happened!! It really amazing how God works the magic in our life..hehehe...

Anyway....I'm still waiting for my probation result in July. As you can see I've still got 50-50 chance to stay in this office or get kicked out! Hehehe... But all my feelings are in between. I'm on a crossroad between excited if I'm in and relieve if I don't get in. What a confusing shit! The whole idea to keep staying in this office makes me feel dull but I do love the people here. Why can I just let it flow and stop questioning everything?! Well, I really want it to stop questioning everything but I always have this small-muttering talk inside my head every single minute, it seems it's been my forte all along...huehehe.. I'll catch up with you later about my decision, cause I haven't yet talk about this idea with parents. And sometimes they need a deeper reason about things that I'll do, even though they'll end up to support it.

Alright, then...enough blabbering...
I guess I'll see you later...
